Genuine valuations

For transactions with a simple security facility and an LVR below 45%, we conduct in-house appraisals and valuations. For transactions with complex security arrangements and an LVR above 45%, we engage a certified and approved valuer that specialises in the relevant asset classes. This provides peace of mind knowing that the correct valuation has been applied to your transaction.

As our valuations are undertaken by certified and approved panel valuation firms, our valuations are able to provide some certainty to your clients that the values reflect the professional opinion of the valuation firm.

Guaranteed funds at Settlement
